Our Vision

The Biology Club strives to guide students on a successful path in their biology career by creating a community among students and faculty with exciting biology-related activities which can open the door to research opportunities. It has been shown that involvement with academics outside the classroom leads to student success.

Being academically successful is not the only thing the club will help students with. The Biology Club has a new philanthropy this year where we will be partnering with the Food Pantry at school and helping by running food can drives and bringing awareness about hunger amongst college students and the world.

What do I take away from the Biology Club?

Not only is participating in Biology Club resume worthy but more importantly, it is a way to build personal development in your skills and relationships with peer and faculty which can lead you to successful paths toward your future career!

What's next?

By being an active member of the Biology club you have the ability to be invited to join the National Biological Honors Society Tri Beta Theta Lambda chapter at Bridgewater State University. Tri Beta focuses on the academic success of its members and stresses research in the biological sciences. Members also get the opportunity to take part in Tri Beta only events as well have added benefits from the National Honors Society such as exclusive scholarships!

The Biology Club involves a group of people who love to talk about Biology and would like to become more involved with their field of study as well as participate in fun events and community service projects.
